First Milestone in GroupWise to Exchange Migration
We reached our first (and most significant) milestone today in our migration from GroupWise to Exchange. We completed the migration of all of our users at our main headquarters office (roughly 260 people). It has been a long process. All in all things went well. Now we will start working on our outer offices. The decicsion of how many servers to install is still being discused. We will install 1 for sure, but we’re hoping to consolidate some of the other offices back to our main office. Outlook 2003’s cached-mode makes this a very usable solution for some of the smaller offices.
