Lime Ginger Marinade
We had a cookout this past weekend and we were scheduled to bring shrimp. While shopping I found a really great deal on limes so I bought a bunch. After some searching on the net for a recipe that used limes, I came across one for a marinade. The recipe below is a what I ended up using for the shrimp which we grilled. I think they turned out pretty well.
Lime Ginger Marinade
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2″ Fresh Peeled Grated Ginger
1 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
4 Cloves Garlic chopped
1/4 teaspoon Fish Sauce (optional)
Dash Cayenne Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until dissolved.
