Chocolate Zabaglione Ice Cream

I ran across what sounds like an amazingly good recipe for Chocolate Zabaglione Ice Cream on a site dedicated just to ice cream. I would love to try it, but I have two problems. The first is that I don’t have an ice cream maker and the other is that I’m lactose intolerant.
